Control your Anger!!!

Anger is a negative emotion that hampers growth in life.Accumulated anger can disturb physical,mental,and emotional balance.Anger has to be dealt with scientifically.By nature,human beings are reluctant to deal with things that are not visible.Since you cannot see anger,you often spend your energy in handling the ugly outcome of your outburst rather than dealing with it at the root level.

Find meaningful work
